Cancer does not discriminate! Educate yourself.

National Cancer Action team and RAFFA have come together to raise awareness and educate us all on cancer. Their new programme Cancer and Faith Communities will help detect early signs of cancer and provide increased awareness, while:

• Increase knowledge and awareness of the national cancer screening programme
• Provide information and support to people living with cancer
• Provide information to men about prostate cancer, and healthier lifestyles

Workshops:
Free, one-off 90 minute events
Provides greater insight into the different cancer screening programmes. Workshops will also focus on breast cancer, bowel cancer, prostate cancer, cervical cancer and myeloma signs and symptoms. Specialists will be available to answer any questions on these cancers.

Drop-in sessions:
Free, one-off sessions run in churches and faith venues. These sessions can be requested by churches and faith groups.
